Wisconsin Sexual Assault Case Wins

I represent clients charged with all types of sexual assault. Regardless of the charge you face, I can provide you with a solid defense that is designed to produce the best outcome in your case. While an acquittal is not possible in every case, I always strive to protect my clients’ rights and reduce the penalties they face. As you will see below, my track record shows that many of my clients have benefited from our defense strategies.

Not Guilty: Multiple Counts of Sexual Assault of a Child (Two Accusers)

I won a jury trial in Marathon County Circuit Court for a client who was charged with multiple child sexual assault charges by two accusers. I gave the falsely accused young man an extremely aggressive defense in an effort to protect my client’s rights. After deliberating for just three hours, the jury delivered not guilty verdicts on ALL counts.

Not Guilty: Multiple Counts of Sexual Assault of a Child

I won a jury trial for a grandfather who was falsely accused of repeated acts of sexual assault on his grandchild. Even though the jury was comprised of members of the small-town community of Prairie du Chien, truth and justice prevailed. After a five-day jury trial in Crawford County Circuit Court-a trial in which I again provided a very aggressive and vigorous defense for my client-the jury returned verdicts of not guilty on ALL counts.

Not Guilty: Two Counts of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child

I won a jury trial in Dane County Circuit Court for a client who was falsely accused of sexual assaulting not one, but two of his step-daughters. I emphatically defended this falsely accused dad on the ground that the step-daughters had fabricated the charges to please their mentally ill mother. The jury returned verdicts of not guilty on ALL counts.

Not Guilty: Two counts of Sexual Assault involving Two Teenage Male Accusers

I won a jury trial in Dane County Circuit Court for a female client who was falsely accused of engaging in sexual relations with two teenage boys in her church. I aggressively defended the case on the ground that the teen boys were lying to get even with the client, who had actually spurned their advances towards her. The jury cleared my client of all charges, allowing her to keep her freedom and maintain her professional career. Once again, the jury returned verdicts of not guilty on ALL counts.
